Except for delays in the backorder process, my experience with the website was satisfactory.
I applied a promo code for free shipping for online order. It said it was applied but my total had a shipping charge of $6.99. The promo code said that it was good for any amount.

I was fine with the color, except it was quite a bit lighter than the turquoise shown in the photos. My disappointment was in the poor quality for the price. I laundered it gently in cool water and dried it in the dryer on low to fluff out the matted tufts that create the raised design and to get rid of the excess lint. After doing so, it became obvious how uneven the lengths of threads in the tufts are. All over the spread, there are extra long yarns, longer than the majority, and it gives a shaggy, cheap appearance. I love chenille spreads and have had several in my lifetime, but all of them were of a much finer quality than this one. It was disheartening, because turquoise or a clean aqua is hard to find in a chenille spread.
I LOVE COLLECTIONS AND HAVE PASSED THIS ON TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. IT IS SO EASY TO ORDER FROM COLLECTIONS AND AM LOOKING FORWARD TO DELIVERY TO MY DOOR.
