The product I ordered did not work for my application. It was a recliner pad but there were no elastic bands on top to hold it upright, so when you sat in the chair, the top would fall down.

Shopping on "collections.com" is easy. I found exactly what I wanted and at the price that was easy on my wallet.

So far, I have received everything I have ordered and it was not broken. I just love my Tulip table and the cute bunny pillow I am giving to my sister because she loves bunny's!

With the exception of the items being delivered separate (one on back order), all went well.

As far as ordering goes, i was a very simple procedure. I think the sale prices are not always low enough and i feel something more creative should be done about the free shipping policy. Perhaps things like buy one get one, things like that. Or even just LOWER your shipping rates.

I had a lot of trouble trying to remove a coupon code. You do not provide a way to do so. I never was able to remove it so I had to totally shut down and come back and start my order over from the beginning because even after I closed my browser and went back to try, it STILL kept putting it
