I've been a customer for many years and have bought many items from Collectionsetc and have always been very happy with my purchases. They have a great variety of cute animals, clothing, lovely dolls, many everyday use items and items for all seasons and all holidays. Any time that I had any problems with an item that I received, they were always quick to resolve it. They also offer free shipping and that is another plus for me.

Far better than expected
Loved the products. However, the wire desk rack needs to have one of the holes drilled out as the post won't fit cause it's too tight. Other than that, I love the lamps and the desk rack.

I have always been extremely satisfied with Collectionsetc. However, my most recent order was delayed because one of the four items was on back order. Typically, Collectionsetc. Will send the items in multiple pkgs. As they are available. I called 2 weeks after placing the order, and asked that the items please be shipped now, as the last item wouldn't be available for another MONTH! I believe if I hadn't called I would have waited that month for all of the items. I told the very nice and helpful Customer Service Rep that this was atypical of Collections. As we were on the phone, he put in the request to send the other 3 items that were ready to ship. To my happy surprise, all 4 items arrived today, 6 days after I called!
