I love shopping with collections etc because the products are good quality and the shipping is fast. I've had a couple of items that came broken because of careless handling enroute to my home but collections always refunded me or replaced the item. I would definitely recommend shopping with collections etc.

I called Customer Service about 6 hours after I placed the order because I noticed on the receipt the size was wrong on an item. I ordered a King, but the receipt said Queen. I called to change it and they refused. They said the order was filled already and that I would have to accept the order, pay for return shipping, wait for the new item, and pay for shipping of the new item. Total round trip shipping costs exceeded the item's purchase price amount and clearly not worth it financially. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the same customer service agent came back on with a phony accent saying she WAS the supervisor and that what the agent had said was the truth - that the complete order had been filled and was ready for shipping. I told her and I'll tell you - this is a first because my order has never arrived in a few days. It's always been 7 to 14 days before I received my order. My order arrived 8 days later and clearly showed it was pulled 2 days after my phone call. I am done dealing with this company, no matter how great their prices are or how unique their products. Their customer service is terrible and they LIED
I was hoping to get the full size quilt, but because of the manufacturer, it won't be ready for at least a couple of weeks. Collections etc. kept in touch with updates and allowed me to cancel my original order. It's for a twin bed anyway, which is in stock. Nothing else I looked at compared to the look and price. Can't wait till it arrives?
