I don't understand how an order was filled in Illinois and then went through 2 other states before it came back to my post office in Illinois. Very confusing!

Ordering online with Collections, Etc is so easy. All I had to do was enter the item number and quantity of each item I wanted, place the order, enter my payment preference and I was done. It took less than five minutes. Kudos to Collection, Etc for making the order process so easy.

One of the items I received was broken. I contacted customer service, they responded immediately, said they would send a new one, and in a few days I had a replacement. It doesn't get much better than this. Also, all the items I have order from Collections Etc. are well packed and received in less than a week. I always find something unique that I must have for my garden decor. Thank you for the great service!
