I always get great products at a very reasonable price. I live in a very rural area and don't have access to a variety of goods so Collections is my go-to place for home décor. I always find unusual items that I can't find anywhere else.
Shopping was fine until the $20.00 rebate offer came up. I did not like having this option that mislead me to thinking it was Collections Etc.

I had a hard time placing my order on line. It said that it didn't go through the first time so I had to place it a second time. Then it seemed that I had two orders. I called customer service and they had no orders for me. I found that odd as I had an order number. I was told that I had to wait 24 hours which concerned me because I didn't want 2 of everything that I ordered. Anyway, I called the next day and was told that one order would be canceled. I have only been billed once so I am happy! I love what I ordered! Great merchandise and great prices.
