I ordered 3 things. Only 1 has arrived the other 2 say Back order, but when time it said would ship has a later date.

I had to return the Handy Heater as the ad did not state it would only work with a 120 line. I have 110. It's an older home. Now according to the return label you sent it is going to cost me 7.99 to return it. This is not fair if it was advertised incorrectly. If I just didn't want it I would gladly pay to return it. BUT I never would have ordered it in the first place if the ad had stated only use in a 120 line. Very unfair and unkind to take my money for something that was not my fault. Thanks for listening, maybe something should be done for returns that are advertised incorrectly.

I enjoy shopping at Collections because of the variety of items and the seasonal things. The shipping is costly but they take a lot of pride in the way things are packaged, and its worth it in the long run. I have shopped with them for a long time even when Collections was called something else. I will continue to shop with Collections.
