I bought a table cloth from them, and when I returned the item, they did not issued a refund. They should have clearly stated that they DO NOT offer a refund for the items. If I had known, then I would have just kept the item and resell it, but instead I lost the money and the item. What a great company that knows how to confuse the costumer!
P.S. They do explain the fee they charge for the return item, but why would you want to return the item if you are not going to get your money back!

Catalog showed price for lounger to be $22.99
But have no idea how to get that price.
When large packages are delivered they are always opened! Box for this had one strip of strapping tape. Fortunately all products I ordered were there. Not sure if any catalogs, etc were dropped along the way.

I ordered an item that was back ordered and scheduled to ship 3 days ago. When checking tracking, there is no update to the order, no tracking order found or shipped confirmation so I'm assuming it has not been received by your company. It would be nice to receive some sort of info explaining the delay or lack of info regarding the order.

Was sent an item I did not order so I contacted customer service and they shipped the item that I wanted at no cost and no charge and I did not have to return the item sent to me that I did not order. Customer service rep was very helpful and pleasant
