The service with collectionsetc was great. The delivery with Fed Ex was horrible. I live at the top western corner of TN. They shipped my package to Olive Branch. MS, then to Southhaven, Ms, then to Memphis, TN. It went between Southhaven and Memphis at least three times maybe more. At one time it was shipped to Humbolt, TN which is closer to me than any of the other places. Then it was shipped back to Memphis. TN. I finally got it in nine days. Some one along the way did not want to do their job or did not know the small towns. As I said, your service people were great. Thanks for the products. I loved all of them.

BUT I do need to return the table runners...my project for them is not going to work. Also... the color was not as described on the shower curtains. It says:
"Blue", it is truly a seafoam green.

Was very pleased with my order. Just what I needed.
Great for my old dog who has issues. I just pop them in the wash. No dryer Put back down.
I received an email informing me that the shipping of my order would be delayed and that I had the option of cancelling the order. I sent an email back cancelling all delayed items. Collections only cancelled one of the delayed items. I called Collections the next day and was told it was too late to cancel over the phone. I complained that I should not have to pay return postage since it was Collections error that the order was not cancelled. The Collections employee said that she would email a return label and that I would not have to pay return postage. She sent me a label but it states that the return postage would be subtracted from my refund. I called to complain and was told that if I returned the order I had to pay the return postage. I returned the entire order and will not purchase anything from Collections in the future.
Chair covers are really thin. Had to sew them to fit better
