I have ordered items from collections for many years and never experienced any problems.
I love this company. I have several things with them and have never been disappointed with the products.
What I don't like about Collections is that when I get an email from them to review the product I received, it doesn't tell me what product it is-it just gives me a tracking number/date. I believe it was a blow up bunny they are asking me to review. I love it. Some reviews said that the motor wasn't strong enough to keep the ears inflated or that after a few days it no longer kept it fully inflated. I have not run into this problem so far.

A price was quoted on the shams but I paid more. That should not have happened.
Representative was rude and when I asked and got the supervisor she was even worse. First time in all the years I've been shopping with you that I have ever been treated so rudely.
