The ordering process has been a good experience. The site has been easy to navigate. I wish that they would have notified me that they would not be shipping until everything was available. Easy to find items with catalog numbers
The man's arthritic glove was too small. They need to come in sizes just like a woman's hand. Needed an x-large in a man's glove.
The side table is on backorder so haven't received it yet.
