Did not like the massager in the heating pad

The only complaint is the magnets aren't strong enough to hold the blinds on the doors

I have always loved all the items, I have ordered from Collections. The merchandise is well made and high quality. Delivery is quick and everyone always compliments me on everything.

I like solar lighting

I bought to small accent tables (tulips and humming bird) and they are not well made. There is a glass circle inside a metal rim and these two pieces are not made correctly. The glass is suppose to be snug against the rim and instead there is a gap between the two.

I only had to email customer service once when I had one item on backorder not to ship for 5-7 months. The other three items were in warehouse on reserve. After a month of not getting items in stock I had to call and request that they ship those items and not wait for backorder.

I usually enjoy everything that I receive from your company. I have one item that was backordered until June 2018 which was the tabletop glass ball (large).

I like & enjoy all the items I have received from Collections.

So far, I have bought many items from this company and I have never had an issue. All their products are very well made and top quality. I will continue to buy from them for a long time!
