I have been pleased with everything

The daisy wreath was just stuffed into a plastic mailing bag and sent on its way - arrived in sad shape and was stuffed into my mail box - this is not what I've come to expect from your company and even though I have been very satisfied with my past orders - this leaves a bad impression and I will think twice before I order again.
