Everything is outstanding except for the cost of shipping and handling. Compared to other sites Collections Etc. are to high and take to long to ship and receive said product.
Was missing screws for rolling cart. I am promised for another to put together.

Clothing was nice, but a little too big. However, because of low prices & costing so much just to return one item, I guess I will keep 2 tops. One other I ordered fits better.

It's always fun to get a box from collections etc. Sometimes the items inside are not near large enough to fill that big box but what the heck, it's fun anyway. If there is a problem, Collections etc is willing to straighten it out as soon as possible. Prices are great.

The quilt we bought was for summer time use. It was everything we were hoping for. Reasonably priced, look very nice, and be good quality. It more than did all of these. Very pleased with it.

When I received the grabber I couldn't get it to lock. I had 2-4 others try.it just wouldn't lock. I have purchased several items from your company and never have had any problems.till now. I have already threw away the box. I had purchased 2 grabbers and brownie copper pan and 3 garbage brushes.what can we do about this problem?
