I've ordered several items, at different times. Only one order was not complete, so I called Collections and within a week, that item was here. The items are always boxed & packaged so there is no damage.

I was pleased with the quality and the service provided. They filled my needs just fine.
I usually never have trouble when shopping with collections etc. however I emailed customer service asking about the possibility of ordering a replacement part for something I broke (right out of the box), and their response was nonsensical. It didn't come anywhere near answering my question and I felt like either English wasn't the responder's first language, or they just weren't that bright. Either way, not a good customer service experience.
