I placed an order in early September 2020. Never received it. Called customer service and gentleman stated that it was canceled because address couldn't be varied. Told him no one contacted be regarding the issue. I would like a refund and to let you know I will never order from you again.

Two things from the catalog was not available. One wouldn't add the item to cart no explanation and the other was for $5.99 but when added to cart it was $14.99.

Except for two items: I had ordered a Victorian and Butterfly clocks with a
Swinging pendulum, and after a year it stopped swinging. The clocks look
Nice, but does not work. I did call customer service, but he told me it was
Purchased more than thirty days ago and there was nothing he could do.
I will not purchase anymore clocks with the swinging pendulum. You need
To either improve them or quit selling them. Thank You.

I was shopping for Christmas presents for family and friends. I saw the item and got two. I tried it out. It was great.

Collection looks good coming out of the box. I will sitting it out around Thanksgiving.
The product had originally been sent damaged. I contacted customer service and I given a replacement. The replacement works well.
Just not happy that the out door lawn furniture covers where delayed even more. I knew of the initial late ship date of October 1st but now they are delayed even later. I would not have ordered them. Now you have my money and I have no products.
