Everything was graet.
I was a little disappointed that my items sat in the warehouse for a week before being shipped. I needed them for a birthday party and was getting nervous that they were sitting for a week. When I called customer service, I couldn't get a guarantee that they would be received before the weekend, which was a little frustrating. However, the next day, I received notice that my items had shipped, and I received them before the weekend. I was thankful for that, and if the customer service rep had pushed that through for me, I am grateful and appreciated that.

I like anything that as a southwestern or aztec design,so when I seen that Collections Ect. Had a quilt with an Aztec design I ordered it.Thinking I had orerded 2 shams with the quilt.Well the quilt arrived with 1 sham,so back I went.I love this set.

Some products were kinda high, most are reasinably priced. It's the shipping that is so high! The shipping needs to be lowered & the free shipping for spending over a certain amount of money should be lowered also.

I love this site. However, I have discovered that the checkout process does not work in Firefox--especially when trying to use PayPal. Since I prefer Firefox as my web browser, this glitch is highly inconvenient.
