Normally as a rule everything is fine when I order from you. This time my hummingbird came in broken. I contacted customer service on line and they have another one on its way which is great. The only thing that I don't understand is that I have not been informed what I am suspose to do with the broken one.

I am very well pleased with everything I have ordered from Collections.

Easy to find items. Lots of sales in several categories. The 3 in 1 paper towel roll did not come with mounting instructions and no picture to show how it should be set up. There was a steel part that was not soldered to the wire rack. I had to apply super glue to reattach the small metal bar to the item.

One item *Set if 4 Bunny Sitter* that I purchase I love. The 2nd item *A little help from friends* didn't work for me...return item for a refund.
