Very easy to order & I appreciate the reviews given by other customers. Some products don't always get or desire a good rating. I have not tried to return anything, but will keep it in mind if I need to.

Some items did not work whatsoever, and I had to pay $8 to return them.

Had some problems with items repacked and broken, Items too small and Items not receiving, but everything was always solved to my satisfaction, except the new "thing', Not returning the funds, but giving certificates for the items. This I believe is not legal.
