Overall, happy w/the time of delivery & these elastic bedskirts are the best. I didn't even have to remove my old one, which meant no lifting of the mattress. I just slipped the elastic bedskirt right over it, you can't even see it!
I have been a collections etc shopper for many years and have always been satisfied with the service and the products.
1 item was missing a part. Instead of getting another of the same item I get a merchandise credit. I would kind of liked to use the product I bought. Not a good look. Disappointed.

I purchased this item to add to my bedroom decor. The reduced price was a deciding factor. I don't like that it says free shipping and then you have to pay a handling fee. None of the other places I shop do this.
