I ordered the butterfly lit wreath. It took quite awhile to get it and when I received it yesterday, over half the lights would not light. I called and was offered a certificate which I refused. The only other thing you could do was replace it, so that is what is going to happen. I will wait and see if this works. I would hope your products do NOT come from China. If they do, I will not order again.
Recliner chair cover was too small and I also did not like the fabric since it tended to stick to my body when getting up from chair.
The only time I am tempted to order from you is when the shipping charges are free or reasonable.

My experience was great. Always is, items are most often of very nice quality. And delivery is swift.
I called because the website offered a sale price but when I put it in the checkout it kept giving me the full price. I called customer service so I could get the sale price. I had to fight to get the right price. Then the lady took the rest of my order and I did not ask her what price she was showing fir my other items and then the next day I looked at the order receipt and on one other if my items I did not get the sale price that was shown. The lady on the phone was not very friendly either. I was very disappointed with the service. I have been ordering from collections for many years but this was very bad service.
