Easy to do but shipping and processing fees too much
I have had great experience with collectionsetc. Recently was the first time I have returned a product after many years of shopping. Customer service was helpful and provide me the information I needed. The product was a dress that turned out to be too thin to wear in public, at least for my taste. That's something that is hard to tell online. The rest of the time I have ordered the products have been as described and shipped quickly. Good value for the price

I LOVE your mini "rooms"! They are made well and in fine detail. I would highly recommend them to future buyers. They are not made of plastic which I like. Maybe not for moving around a lot like children would do.
The order of shipping is a little a strange. It looks like the items ship out of Illinois but go to Missouri and I had one shipment that went all the way out west before coming back here to Illinois. This confuses me but otherwise, I was pleased with this order.
