The shipment took longer because of a back order item. When I received the shipment I was very satisfied with the three items I ordered. I have ordered numerous times and I am always very pleased with the items.

I've always had good service from Collections Etc.

I love the great prices and selection of items from this store.

I accidentally placed an order twice for the same 2 items. When I discovered my mistake a few hours later, I called to cancel the second order and was told it was too late and that I when I received the duplicate items, the only option was to send back the second set. However, someone else must have intervened, because I only received one set! I am very happy with both items-and glad some anonymous person corrected my mistake.
