Your free shipping is too high. Right now I want to buy an item for $9.99 but your shpg & handling is $10.00. I will not pay higher to get it here than the item is worth.

Shopping is always good with Collections Etc. They only thing I disliked is that one has to spend $45 before anyone gets "free shipping." I spent $37.47 and $7.99 was charged for shipping.
