Easy to order. However, when the rug arrived it was folded and the creases refuse to come out despite washing, etc. The creases provide a trip hazard which is unacceptable. Instead of being folded, the rug should have been rolled by the manufacturer prior to shipping.
Just got the last item yesterday.
Was shopping for my Aunt.
Tried to cancel order the next day, called and was told it was already in process, so asked for return shipping label. It was a double order. And some of it is on back order. So will have to go through it again. Also am disappointed I have to pay more for shipping.
