I rec'd a confirmation order e-mail for something I had ordered last year. When I called customer service they seem very disinterested in the situation. Did receive all the items I ordered - except for one that is back-ordered until sometime in May.

Item easy to find

My ordering from C.Etc. Has always been pleasant and expedient. So far I have never had a complaint. One incident was a manufacturer's faulty wiring and C.Etc issued a voucher for the purchase price. Very fast and fair.

1st order placed online

The order I placed was in perfect condition upon arrival. Everything was as pictured and timing thru mail was quick. I highly recommend this store for shopping. I Love it! I especially like the variety they offer.

I have received part of my order, but one has been back ordered and won't be shipped until May 25th. However, they said they were going to ship a Lavendar Tableclotth. I already have a a Lavendar one and would like a Blue one. I would appreciate it if you could make this adjustment to my order,

I was disappointed with the sizing. I ordered a medium because the tee was for both men & women. The size is too small. Had I known how you size, I would've sized up. Didn't want to return it, sending it back would cost me too much.

Bought the step stool. Very pleased. Sturdy and easy to open and close. Folds flat so storage is perfect. I would definitely recommend.
