Only received part of my order still waiting for the delivery of Moss Verbena ground cover, said to arrive on 4/20/18

I ordered from a collections because the humidifing orbs I was looking for 8 had originally went through so no name merchant on Amazon and never received them. They're wee talking about a months wait for delivery which we did do and waited I and never received them. It was very hard getting in contact with the merchant for getting my money back so I ended up filling a claim to get my money back.
Still without my product I saw you guys offering the same product on Amazon. I had done business with you all in the past do once i saw you guys had the same product I ordered directly through you guys and got my order. Thank you. I was confident you all would come through for me and you all did!
