I am not new to Collections Etc, have ordered from them numerous times. Mainly satisfied with all my purchases, the products received, and the service I received.

No complaints. I've been pleased with the items that I've previously purchased. I do like when offered lower or free shipping costs.

Product I wanted, fair price, quick delivery

The hanging, potted flowers and mailbox swag I bought are beautiful! Finally some flowers for my porch that I can't kill!

Everything satisfactory. One item backordered given a date of delivery. Have had this in the past, but B/Os usually arrived when stated. Just awaiting the current B/O item now.

I love the products I bought. They were as described in the information provided.

It is disappointing when the backordered item is to be received months later, but am satisfied with all the items received.
