THE PLANT IS DEAD AND PER YOUR LOVELY SUPERVISOR, NATALIE, I CAN'T GET A REFUND FOR 30 DAYS. THE PLANT IS SUPPOSEDLY DORMANT. DRY BULB, DEAD AND CRUMBLING LEAVES EQUAL A DEAD PLANT. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. NATALIE SAID WE SHOULD SHOP ELSEWHERE! HORRIBLE!
One of the items I received was damaged but I didn't want the hassle of returning it. It will still serve the purpose. I was pleased with all the other items.

The catalog showed kitchen curtains as a set which I ordered 2 sets. What came was only the bottom half of the set. I called customer service and the rep agreeded that it should have been a set and sent one replacement which again was only the bottom. I now have 3 bottom panels so I called customer service and asked for a supervisor and explained my dilema. She checked and said that the set was not a set but only the bottom panel and the other pieces were sold separately which was not stated in the catalog. Very disappointed. Tracey, the supervisor is sending a mailing label for me to return these bottom panels. This is the only time I have had a problem with Collections.
All merchandise was great and already being utilized.
