Part was back ordered and my wife was not happy but she really liked the blouses

My experience with Collections in ordering has always been great and this time is no different.

I like shopping in catalogues so much easier than going out to stores to find what your looking for beets the crazy traffic out there.

All parts of light lamp are plastic and the solar light of the lamp only burns

The only thing I did not like was how the item was one price in the magazine & a different (higher) price on the website when I went to order the item.

Easy to navigate on line site and place an order. I was disappointed that two items were back-ordered, but the delay was shorter than anticipated and items were properly packed and arrived in good condition.

I was well pleased.

I order from collection etc all the time.

Website easy to navigate, also receive regular catalogs. So far everything I ordered is satisfactory. I only dispute the fact that there is a handling fee and a processing fee that adds to the cost of the merchandise.
