I'm a repeat shopper and I was supposed to get free shipping on orders over 45 dollars, instead, I was charged. I'm the kind of person who have given out your catalogs and I have brought at least 40 customers to your site and the Lakeside site, between friends, family, the ENTIRE nursing staff at the hospital I basically live in as a kidney patient, fellow patients, nurses in my Drs offices, their families, etc. So, I will try to resolve a situation as soon as possible, otherwise, I just leave and stop using the site.
