I was kept informed with what was happening with my order and the complete order arrived wi thg hin the timeframes given.
I ordered curtains and the ones that were sent were not the right size. The catalog only had one size and what was sent to me was not what the catalog had described. Called customer service and the girl had no idea what I was trying to tell her. She just kept saying that's what was sent. Very unprofessional. I still have part of the order that won't be delivered until December and I hope it's what I ordered.

Cheap but everything primitive was sold out and didnt have much of a selection for kids gifts!
I'm angry overall because I just got my charge bill today. I ordered a runner rug, 3 air police and a uv wand. My total bill was $100.39 including my 10% discount. And I was billed that on my charge card 9/17. I had to give my card again for the air police so they could ship it and low and behold I was billed another $41.18 on 9/4. I told the girl on the phone that that better not happen and she assured me it would not. I am not happy and expect the $41.18 to be removed from my card ASAP! This is the first and LAST time I will use your company!

This was to replace an order that was broken because of improper packaging. I did receive this intact but could have easily been broken because of the way you ship it. Will not buy any more of this item from you. Bought other items thinking it would be shipped in a box with them but no. Will continue to buy other products.
