I was very pleased with my order and have ordered again since this order. Love shopping Collections, Etc.

The angel with the solar light is adorable but it isn't working well...stays lit for a very short time.
I also purchased a tabby cat on a swing and I highly recommend it.

I sent an email yesterday. I received a double order. Your customer service rep was not as cordial as I would have liked. When I asked him about the double charge on my credit card, he said a credit would be received in about 6 days. As it turned out I received a double order. I decided to keep both because one of the items had a broken globe. I'm satisfied with the products much more than with your customer service.

Wide selection; easy to find items I wanted.

I decided to order the one Item because you were offering $2.99 shipping. And then when I check out you add $2.75 more for processing which is just ridiculous. It's not worth ordering for the Price you charge for shipping and processing. I've ordered a lot of things from collections Etc but it's not worth ordering unless it's a large order.

I like the prices and the selections at Collections Etc. and order things as I need/want them.Usually a good experience.

I was disappointed in the Wildflower Wreath. It was very Skimpy. The Plant Extenders have worked out. And the Mosaic Gazing ball is nice on my Patio Table.
