Just what we needed
Your customer service people, while efficient and helpful, were not provided with the answer to my question. She understood my question immediately, but she researched several sourcees and found there was no answer in your materials. I bought two planters, and I had wanted to know in advance if the pots had holes to drain water or if they were non-draining plant pots with no drain holes. I had to wait until I received them to find out.

I was happy with the items I received. They arrived at the correct delivery time and were in perfect condition. I would recommend this company and it's products.

I enjoy shopping via Collections.
I have been using Collections items for years and I love the products. I recently purchased an item that came broken. I was going to return the item for replacement but upon calling customer service, I don't have to return the item. Instead they are sending me a refund that I can use on my next purchase. I was a bit disappointed because I really wanted to replace the item. But that's alright I'll just reorder it again.
