No where in the ad did it say the small metal chair I purchased said it had to be put together. I am disabled and was shocked to see it needs to be assembled. I have no one to do that so it is just sitting in the box it came in. I would never have bought it if i had known. I will not be buying anything else from you because of your deceptive advertising of this item.

I have always loved Collections Etc. I would love to receive the booklet with more southwest decor in it. I found that since we moved back to the Midwest there aren't too many things offered in the southwest decor.
My overall experience was fine.

Wirth the exception of the Frogs Romantic Evening, product #205-60-*******, which I received broken; the rest of the products I ordered were of my satisfaction. I hate returning products, so I will not be ordering products that may brake in transit.
The quilt I ordered was exactly as it looked on the website and is exact on both size and color as well. It looks gorgeous on my antique solid cherry bed. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and would recommend this to others that are interested in this style quilt for their nautical bedroom.

My watch arrived with a broken numbers on face of watch. I called customer service and they said to mail it back for a replacement. Just mailed it on 4/26/18.
Had to make 2 phone calls, to get my money back ($17.99). I put the code in my order to have FREE SHIPPING. Shipping was taken off the order, after I click to processed the order. The online order added the shipping back. Called customer service! The lady I talked to said, "She will give me the money back:. I waited 2 weeks and still no credit, Call again, Told I had to place the order on the phone to get the credit! Your code does not said anything about phone call orders. The lady gave me back my shipping money and said, "I should not be giving your money back, since this was not a phone order"!
