I ordered a 48" octagon rug, which I was very satisfied with. However, I ordered some "silk?" flowers that were the poorest made product. Almost all the pedals fell off as I opened the package. They were terrible- and, even if the pedals hadn't fallen off, they were cheaply made and certainly NOT worth the price they charged. I called and told them about the condition upon arrival and that I had no intention of sending them back and having to pay return postage, and the lady credited my account. So I did feel satisfied with that.
