I have gone on line twice to receive a return form for this order and have not gotten it yet. When I called the provided phone number, I was told it could take up to 48 hours. I have waited 72 hours and not received. Very disappointed right now.

Shopping experience is fine but you should be able to offer customers who are tax exempt a way to order and be TAX EXEMPT!

When I got the plants they were dead

The reason I called was because of a rug I ordered had a bad pull and run in it. The rep I spoke with apologized that we got a defeated product, informed me that I did not need to send back the defeated product and offered to send me a replacement which I received today. Everything that I have ordered from you I have enjoyed and if I have ever had a problem you all made it right. Than you so much for great customer service.
