Have purchased many items from Collections and overall are very satisfied wit your products.

The website is easy to maneuver for this non-tech person.
However, I very much dislike the ads that frequently pop up and interfere with my shopping! That is most annoying!

I was a little disappointed with the shoe rack. It does not hold 36 shoes. When I put it on the door the shoes came crashing down so it does not hold the amount of shoes that it claims.

I have never had a problem that Collections Etc has not been able to handle and I have only had 2!

I always check collection etc. for anything I might want. They have a lot of varriety for the home.

I liked what i ordered but haven't received the comforter yet as it is backordered. Love my T-shirt.

I've been a customer for many years...there have been a few problems here & there but for the most part, I love shopping here. I am old-fashioned tho, so I prefer the paper magazine versions a lot...just the feel of it in my hands.
