After 10 days of waiting for an email that my order was shipped, I checked on line but it said no order was found so I called. Got an automated service who also said no order was found but I had my confirmation. Then spoke to an actual person who finally found my order and told me I would get a shipping email and that the order was in the warehouse waiting to be shipped. This was 10 days after placing the order. That seems to be a long time from ordering to shipping.

I bought this item several years ago for my waterfall. The little boy fishing added just the right touch. Then he broke and when I went to replace him, you no longer carried the product. Was delighted to find him again in this current catalog
