Been buying from Collections Etc. for many years. Always happy with service and merchandise. I am putting another order in today.

Except for one product, I am completely satisfied,

I was unhappy with the table runner and mats. When I seen the picture they looked white, but when I received them they were beigh. I called regarding a return and they said it they would deduct 7.99 from my refund credit. I could understand if I just did not like the product, but it was not my fault.

Shopping experience was positive. I can usually reorder a product.

I have a great experience with collections

Online ordering was quick and easy and merchandise received in a timely manner.

I ordered a string of solar lights, they did not work. I called customer service, I was told a replacement would be sent. I have not received the replacement set yet.

It's okay.

I'm giving away the 1 item. The planter I am going to use. They look really nice.

Item did not fit the drains. Had to return them

Happy with items I purchased they are exactly what I expected from previous purchases.

Looked cheap. Had to replace bow to make this gift look nice

There was some bolts missing on a couple of my products, not just one. Also, one of my products had an extra one of the big stakes instead of it being a small one which I needed. So I had to cut it to make it fit. Box also arrived very smooshed and opened.

Was disappointed with what I wanted to order but I found something comperable so I'm hoping it will work.
It did not fit the window and when gathered it did not go high enough. Just didn't work for our windows and needs.

I bought two of the items: wind spinners. I set one up & it didn't work even with very heavy winds. So, I'm returning one of them. Also, when I opened one of the boxes one of the itmes fell out & the glass broke- even though it was listed as a metal wall object.

I'm always pleased with any product I purchase from your company.
