One of my items required assembly and one of the parts was missing. I called Customer Service to report the missing item and was told I would get a certificate from them for half the price...not sure if this compensation. I will have to buy another item to have a complete item...in realty that will cost me 1 1/2 times the price.

The bird house was very cheap looking...lost most of everything on it in shipping,I guess. The fairy garden was just okay...the wheel barrow doesn't look like anything...just a clump. The beach rug is nice.
I ORDERED A SCORT IT WAS TOOO BIG. CALLED AND THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME 7.50 TO RETURN A 19.99 ITEM. I AM DISAPOINTED IN COLLECTIONS AS I HAVE ORDERED FROM U FOFR A LOT OF YEARS AND NEVER RETURNED ANYTHING. SO STOP SENDING ME EMAILS AND BOOKS AS I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

I like the products, however dealing on the phone with customer service is another story. Generally it is NOT a pleasant experience. A few times I got wonderful assistance, but there have been times where it was a horrific experience provided by incompetent & uncaring people.
