I sent an email to customer service to get a return label because the same dress I ordered previously was too large. I had no reason to believe the label would not be sent so I ordered the smaller one before getting the return label. Big mistake on my part...I have NOT received the label to this date. Now I am stuck with the too big item as well. When I tried to go back into my orders to request another label all my previous orders had been deleted. I am very disappointed.
This was easy to find items and shop from the convenience of home.
