My experience is great everything is what I expect and never had a problem

Received product in a timely fashion, however there were parts missing. Customer service told me that they couldn't send me just the missing parts, but they would give me a credit of half the price of the item. I explained that wouldn't help me be able to use the item purchased. So they said they would send a credit for the full amount. Which I haven't seen yet.

I am happy with that

My Green & Gold Club discount applied automatically, as did free shipping with the promo code. I was a bit peeved by the addition of a processing fee.

The tea lights that I order were supposed to be yellow, the box they were in was marked yellow, but they were all colored except for one.

I was happy with what I received but one item was shipped wrong but customer service said they would correct it and send the correct item.
