Was very surprised I had to call to report that I didn't receive my entire order. Usually have had much better service in the past!

Overall a good experience.

The request when I ordered said free shipping with a $50 order and 10% off but it did not provide a code for the discount. Very disappointed. Just realized that these were sale items and no discount available. Still disappointed.

I always enjoy shopping at Collections. It has some unique items, and they are made well and painted well. The few times I had to talk to customer service, I was very pleased with the interaction.
