The confirmation information stated that the parcel was to be shipped via FEDEX, but it was sent via USPS. Since I was out of town at the arrival date (3 MAY) my family was checking for the package and thought it was not delivered or was stolen from my front door. It was very confusing!

Every thing went very well and was so easy.

One of the items was broken. The outfit looked like a 4 hundred pound woman wore it. It is like a pool cover and stretched so bad it is awful.

I am always pleased with the items I order from Collections. They arrive in good order and in good time.

I have ordered from Collectionsetc.com before and always have had great service, this delivery was no different. They said it would arrive on a certain date and it did. Everything was packed well and no damage was done. I will order from them again.

We were using a bed quilt to cover the loveseat to keep the pat hair off the couch. The looks a little cleaner in style.

I had trouble with the site keeping things in the cart. It would show it was in then I would add another item and the first item would leave the cart.

The mermaid wall hanging is very cute. It will match other mermaid items I recently purchased. I think it came in less than a week.
