I tried to input my account password and it was rejected. Itis 5 drift password I had them send it to me to make sure. When I spoke to customer support he told me to just bypass and sign in as guest. No offer to look into problem or fix it. It would have cost me $5.00 ore to call it in. I had to reinput all of my information this is a waste of time. Why bother have an account if it does not work

Ordering was very easy and the little wagon I ordered arrived in just a few days. I like the wagon very much but it did require a little time to assemble. As for the included instructions, I would give only three stars. The cotter pins that hold on the wheels were very sharp and my husband cut his thumb putting on the wheels. But, all the parts needed to assemble were there and all the pre-drilled holes were properly aligned. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase, now that it is assembled.
