The lighter bridge did not come with instruction. It took several days to get the solar lights to light.
At the beginning of every spring/summer season, I order solar powered garden decorations and other items to spruce up my yard. I have had pretty good luck with the items I have bought from Collections. Usually if items quit working, I just change the batteries and it's good to go. Rarely do the items quit working all together, but it has happened.
