Ordering was easy. Some delay due to one item on back order, but did get it. The items I purchased were as described and just what I wanted. There was a slight mix-up with shipping charges, but after contacting customer service all was corrected. I will definitely order again.

2 items in my order were not received due to being on backorder. However, the request from you did not allow for any information on the backorder. I was only given the opportunity to say YES I received the order or NO I have not received the order. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ENTIRE ORDER AND ASKED PREVIOUSLY TO HAVE THE REMAINDER OF THE ORDER SENT WHEN RECEIVED BY COLLECTIONS. The email I received gave me the impressions that by responding YES indicated that the entire order was received. PLEASE confirm that the remainder of the order is being shipped.
