The bare root rose arrived pretty late- I planted it right away and it looks like it isn't going to make it. The new shoots are drying up though it has been watered/soaked every day since I received it.
Too many emails I paid $2.99 to have order shipped aznd the same day I ordered Shipping was free Customer Service was no help when I called to complain
