Great price and things that I have not seen before

I don't give 5 star ratings to anyone that does not go above and beyond their job requirements.

Was misled by the product was much smaller than a normal clothes basket. I returned the following day. Have not heard from collections yet. This is the 1st product I bought and was dissatisfied with.

I love your products, my only issue is when the order says free shipping but isn't showing up!

Always comes back and tells me that I have a $20.00 discount on my next purchase, but when I call the number am told that I don't get it because I live in Iowa.

I order a lot on line and from Collectionsetc. I can't tell by your survey which product you are referring to; you need to be more specific in the future. However, I can say that I have been extremely satisfied with both quality and customer service I have received overall from Collectionsetc.
